Transaction Management Administrator

**Role responsibilities**:
- Monitor statements of account.
- Approve invoices for payment.
- Day-to-day monitoring of department inbox and directing queries where required.
- Produce monthly reports for the department manager
- Complete any other ad-hoc task as requested by the department manager.

- Strong communications skills, empathetic and patient
- Responsible, reliable, able to work to deadlines and targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
