**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer service

**Experience**:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Basic math skills for processing payments and refunds
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain customer records and documentation
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist customers from diverse backgrounds and provide them with exceptional service. Additionally, your organizational skills will help you maintain accurate records of customer interactions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, as you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues.
