Bereavement Administration Assistant

Being the first impression for customers and suppliers, you will be required to contribute to the smooth running of the activities of the Company by assisting our visitors promptly and efficiently in making arrangements for pet cremations via the telephone or in a one to one situation. Must be able to present a smart, polite, willing, professional and compassionate image at all times. Other duties to include the data processing of Individual Cremation forms, attending cremation services and assisting in the presentation of pets ashes when required.
To ensure that customer care, communication and all relevant administrative activities are in line with Company requirements.
To become part of our small and friendly Individual Cremation team you must have:
- Good customer facing skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office Suite
- A good eye for detail
- The ability to work in a high pressure environment while keeping a positive attitude and sense of humour
- Good understanding of the English language with neat and clear hand writing
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm, with every other Saturday (time off in lieu for Saturdays worked)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week
**Salary**: £10.75 per hour
