Job Overview:
Reporting into the Finance Controller, the main purpose of the Credit Control Supervisor is to resolve all queries, ensure debtor days are kept within limits, make decisions regarding credit limits and assist with staff management.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

Key duties include:

- Manage the Customers on Credit Terms and report on Aged Debt.
- Complete sales invoicing and month end processes, including generating reports, raising invoices/credits and quality checks as and when required.
- Identify any common queries/trends effecting customer service delivery and ensure solutions are created and executed in line with business plans.
- Generate and analyse reports; inc KPI’s, daily sales, and month end processes.
- Assist with the management of Sales Ledgers including resolving, monitoring, analysing and reporting of debit notes.
- Assist the Finance Controller with management responsibilities; such as recruitment, inductions, training, appraisals, development and performance management of sales ledger team.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Ibcos Gold
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
