Finance Assistant

The Finance Assistant will be based at QSL Burgess Hill and will report directly to the Management Accountant.

Working hours and pattern to be agreed with Management Accountant.

**Duties include**:

- Preparation and processing monthly sales Invoices and credit notes
- Processing purchase invoices and employee’s expense claims
- Processing and reconciliation both payments received and sent by bank transfer, cheque or other means.
- Preparation of payment runs
- Posting purchase and sales invoices into accounting software
- Managing Aged Debtors and Aged Creditors
- Dealing with all accounts payable / receivable queries
- Issuing and reconciliation of petty cash
- General adhoc administration duties including, filing and archiving

The above list while being detailed is not exhaustive and other duties may be required on an as and when needed basis.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
