Job Title: Automotive Consulting Lead Partner

Job Summary: As an Automotive Consulting Lead Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to our automotive consulting practice. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with automotive clients, overseeing consulting projects, and driving business growth in the automotive industry. This position requires extensive industry knowledge, a strong network, and exceptional leadership and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and nurture relationships with automotive industry clients, including automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and related businesses.
- Understand client needs and challenges, and provide tailored consulting solutions.

Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the consulting practice's client base.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients.

Project Oversight:

- Lead and oversee consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Manage project teams, allocate resources, and monitor project budgets.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the automotive consulting practice, including long-term goals and growth initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Thought Leadership:

- Establish yourself as a thought leader in the automotive industry by publishing articles, giving presentations, and participating in industry events.
- Share insights and knowledge with clients and colleagues.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of consultants with expertise in various automotive sectors.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure professional growth and project success.

Financial Management:

- Manage the financial performance of the consulting practice, including revenue generation, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure profitability and sustainability of the practice.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in consulting services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in the automotive industry with a focus on consulting and advisory roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
- Strong network of contacts within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies.

As the Automotive Consulting Lead Partner, you will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of our automotive consulting practice. Your expertise, leadership, and industry knowledge will be essential in helping clients navigate the complex challenges and opportunities within the automotive sector.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £500.00 per day

Expected hours: 18 - 20 per week
