We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our Digital Marketing Solutions Team within the Commercial Operations Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operational activities and strategic direction for Chameleon, our proprietary B2B2C client communications system and personalised print system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop platform strategy, including marketing and re-engagement strategies, analysis of market trends, gap analysis of customer needs, and ownership of corporate governance and agency management
- Foster partnership relationships with all business units, collaborating to advise on best practices and development of campaigns and materials within the Chameleon platform, and promote across all channels
- Develop and nurture customer-centric relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational requests from external and internal customers
- Develop and document clear business processes, identifying opportunities for process simplification, system enhancement, and improved user experience
- Develop and maintain Chameleon marketing materials across all channels and system Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides

**Skills and Competencies Required**:

- Experience with system administration and customer communications
- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of Chameleon and working knowledge of all systems owned by the DMS team, including but not limited to Salesforce Sales Cloud, GetFeedback, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Drupal CMS, and WordPress CMS
- Project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Effective agency and third-party liaison and management

**Key Activities**:

- Perform routine system administration for Chameleon, including providing first-line assistance to internal and external customers
- Develop the strategic direction for Chameleon, including marketing and re-engagement strategies, analysis of market trends, gap analysis of customer needs, and agency management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on learnings, best practices, and optimize results
- Project management, ensuring timelines and quality of delivery
- Ensure compliance with our companies Animal Health's governance framework
- Generate reports as required, including commentary and trend analysis
- Develop and provide Chameleon training for internal and external customers
- Develop and maintain system operating procedures and user guides
- Manage template creation and management, with knowledge of InDesign and HTML being advantageous but not essential
