We are looking for an organised, commercially aware individual to provide full administrative support to our bid team. In this role, you will play a key role in presales activities to contribute to the smooth running of the enquiry to offer process. You will be responsible for the preparation o high-quality bids and offers in response to customer enquiries and tender.

To be successful, you must have excellent communication and engagement skills. You should be meticulous in your attention to detail and timekeeper as you will be working to tight deadlines.

**_ What will you be doing?_**
- Working with Bid Team members to support RFP and proposal activities, such as RFP portal control and registration, processing of requests for powers of attorney, notary, certified documents, obtaining signatures where required, uploading and/or printing quality final proposal documentation;
- Liaising with logistics to arrange shipping of bid submissions when required;
- Working with Marketing to ensure our proposals are aligned with latest product collateral;
- Maintaining and developing bid library content e.g. boilerplates, references, certifications;
- Supporting Bid Managers by ensuring content of proposals is well written and stylistically presented;
- Proofreading documents (proposals, presentations) to support Bid Team colleagues;
- Providing support & gathering research from multiple sources to deliver bid activities, including audit projects, and sales opportunities;
- Assisting in the production of decks for governance forums;
- Owning new customer and partner initial due diligence process (and record keeping), instruct enhanced due diligence investigations as and when required;
- Participate in ad hoc projects with the Bid team;

- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant work experience
- Excellent organisational skills and timekeeping
- Highly literate and numerate
- Commercially aware
- Good engager of people; able to get others to deliver what is needed
- Able to multi-task effectively under pressure and work to deadlines in high pressure situations
- Able to work on your own initiate and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages is essential
- Adobe InDesign & Illustrator knowledge would be advantageous
- Good at problem solving
