**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Use in-house computer systems - training given.
- Use Third party software to bid on reactive maintenance jobs, provide quotes - full training given
- Liaising with Tenants to book jobs
- Liaising with Landlords / Local authorities / Estate agents
- Take engineer job reports. Write up quotes/invoices and send to clients.
- Answering Phones
- Assisting Office manager with Ad-hoc duties.
- Social Media experience preferred not essential

Will have worked in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a great telephone manner.
- Positive can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Be computer literate and can use computer packages WORD & EXCEL,(QUICKBOOKS preferred not essential).
- Great attention to detail is essential and must be able to work to deadlines/targets.
- Desire to learn and progress through the company. Maintenance or property experience will be beneficial but not essential as full training is given.

- Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm
- Free Parking available nearby
- Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
- Salary : From £21,000.00 - £23,000.00 per year depending on experience
- Benefits : Performance bonus
