The role is varied - no two days are the same, so you must be enthusiastic and willing to think outside the box to find solutions to a range of HR and recruitment challenges. With a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and good communication skills, you will be required to build effective relationships with our school leaders and employees. We are looking for someone with a flexible and innovative approach to HR who can also contribute to our exciting HRIS project. The first phase of implementing a new payroll system is complete, and we are no looking to develop the recruitment functionality of the new system. Other duties will include supporting HR administration and advice.

**Salary**: From £27,897.00 per year
