**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**

**Location: Warlingham, Surrey**

**Hours**: Minimum of 30 hours per week (likely to increase within the first year)

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Utilize Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive proficiently to manage documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Ø Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of welcome packs to investors, which includes written documents and detailed income breakdowns. Attention to detail is critical for accuracy.

Ø Work closely with the bookkeeper on various tasks, including filing names, returns, and important data essential for company projections.

Ø Assist in data entry, maintaining accurate records, and updating databases as required.

Ø Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.

Ø Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive is essential.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous, although training will be provided.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Location and Future Prospects**:
This role is based in Warlingham, Surrey, and offers a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a high likelihood of increased hours within the first year based on performance and business needs.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
