We are seeking experienced HR Managers to work alongside Leaders, Partners and Managers either in Business Teams or our practice groups to ensure our people are managed effectively to deliver against the firm’s strategic priorities. Primary areas of focusare:

- talent management and partner pipeline;
- performance management and feedback;
- career management and promotion;
- diversity and inclusion;
Other areas of focus:

- headcount management, mobility and flexibility;
- work allocation in the practice;
- people leadership;
Within this role you will work with Senior Management to create a people strategy and plan that is aligned to the relevant business plan and reflects the strategic goals of the firm.

It is part of this role to challenge the business to ensure that the people plan is owned, kept alive and acted upon. In addition, you will coach and support Senior Management in their development of people management and leadership skills and support effectiveuse of the firm’s coaching and mentoring programmes.

**Education / Qualification**
- University graduate
- Strong grasp of technical HR knowledge
- CIPD Qualified

**Practical experience**
- Proven HR experience in blue-chip organisations where HR has been an effective business partner
- Experience coaching individuals
- Experience of HR practices, in talent, change, engagement and / or performance.
- Exposure to managing employee relations issues
- Experience of recruitment

**Office skills**
- Organised and structured
- Able to prioritise
- Competent at Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Commercial Skills**
- Commercially aware
- Sound understanding of business dynamics
- Analytical

The role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
