We currently are looking for 2 part-time Support Practitioners to support a local female within her own home. This really is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference, to enable her to live independently in her own home. This role will have the flexibility to ensure person centered outcomes, incorporating support and personal care.

The role will involve personal care, household tasks and companion to enable attendance at appointments and social outings. Most importantly having fun and a good sense of humor.
