**Salary**:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Our South & South West marketing team create and deliver regional marketing strategies for our portfolio of developments. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. This role is instrumental in the team, delivering swift and efficient project management, attention to detail and building excellent relationships with business stakeholders in a varied and busy environment.
**The Role**
- Supporting the Regional Marketing Manager to deliver on bespoke marketing strategies for a collection of developments in the South & South West region
- Assist in producing sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, floorplans, leaflets, and homeowner packs, ensuring development brand and corporate guidelines are adhered to throughout all activity
- Manage the briefing of print and digital campaigns and marketing materials
- Manage the development content across the brand websites
- Continually monitor and update the listings across property portals and identify opportunities to improve the quality of the listings
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to create inspiring stories from our communities which can be used across campaigns in print and digital
- Work closely with the PR agency to assist with the delivery of the PR plans, media relations and award entries for each project, ensuring key messages are aligned and stakeholders are informed
- Build effective relationships with the sales team and work with them to successfully deliver on all aspects of the marketing and communications strategies
- Support with the implementation of signage strategies, including directional signage, hoarding and site signage to ensure site presentation standards are met and drive customer enquiries
- Support with the sales and marketing suite fit out, dressed apartments, development models, CGIs and photography to maintain presentation standards at all times
- Support on agreed marketing events, co-ordinating the event with team members and ensuring the event achieves its objective
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and use insights to shape future marketing campaigns
- Manage the creation and administration of purchase orders and invoicing alongside our accounts team

**Requirements**:
We are looking for somebody who has experience working either in a busy in-house marketing team, or who has worked within an agency and is looking for their first step client-side. The key experience we are looking for is managing multiple projects simultaneously, with differing deadlines and stakeholders. Applicants should also possess:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and reviewing marketing collateral and content
- Good numerical skills
- Pro-active approach and keen to take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to complete work tasks to deadlines and with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
