**Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford** is located right in the heart of Oxford’s city centre. We offer easy access to exceptional outpatient treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders and addictions, as well as a dedicated young people’s service.

We are based on the top floor of a bright and airy building providing privacy and comfort to each and every one of our patients, and with flexible evening and weekend appointments available, we enable even the busiest of people to access the mental health support that they need.

Our Wellbeing Centre is open 08.00 to 20.00, predominantly Monday to Friday therefore there will be some flexibility in terms of working hours.

We are looking to appoint an **Administrator** to support the reception and admin functions at the Oxford Wellbeing Centre, helping with all front of house operation including administrative processes, taking bookings and payments for all treatment and assisting the Manager and Clinicians in their roles.
- Be professional at all times
- Have excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills
- Competent use and knowledge of IT systems database and accurate keyboard skills
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Having extended knowledge of Microsoft packages is vital as all the daily information and tasks are retained for auditing and reports.
- Previous administration experience essential - In healthcare or similar preferred
- Attention to detail is essential.

We will offer you a salary of £24,000 as well as access to all Priory Benefits including discounts, 25 days annual leave plus your Birthday off.

You can also access our range of further training and development and can progress in any of our centres or Mental Health Hospitals across the country.

You will receive training, support and guidance to enable you to feel confident and comfortable in your role. As part of this you will need to complete some bespoke online and face to face training, including first aid, safeguarding and breakaway training.

You will also need to complete an enhanced DBS check.
