Job Title: Range Assistant

Type: Part-time, Casual, Permanent

Description:
We are currently recruiting for reliable, confident, and flexible range assistant to join our small team. The role will involve supporting the day to day running of the facility, including elements of customer service, maintenance, and technology guidance.

**Duties**:

- Providing friendly welcoming to all customers, and offer any required assistance during their visit in a confident and pleasant manner.
- Effectively deal with enquiries via phone and social media.
- Upkeep, repair, and cleaning of all hardware when required and at set regular intervals.
- Cash handling for all payment transactions personally taken on shift and to report any discrepancies.
- Advise customers on payment options and services available.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and competitions.
- Opening and locking-up of the site.

Attributes and skills:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Work well under pressure during busy periods.
- Proactive and have an ability to work autonomously.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Prepared to work outdoors at times in all seasons.
- A personal interest or previous experience in golf is beneficial but not essential.

Working schedule:

- Monday to Sunday.
- Evening and weekend availability essential.

Full training provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Licence/Certification:
