**About The Job**
We currently have an immediate opening for a **general builder** at one of our projects in the Belsize Ward of Camden, NW3.
Reporting to the site foreman and/or travelling foreman you will work closely together to drive our projects forward to ensure client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
Some, or all of the below:
- First fix carpentry.
- Rendering.
- Bricklaying.
- Studwork and plaster boarding.
- Plastering.
General duties include:
- General labour and prep work, ie. helping with incoming deliveries, steel installations etc.
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Basic English.
- Must have proven track record and references.
- CSCS card preferred.
**Further information**:
Working hours: 40 hours per week/8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. You may be required to work on a Saturday on occasion.
**Salary**: £140.00-£180.00 per day.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

We are a small construction company with an excellent reputation based in West London looking to add an experienced general builder with carpentry experience multi to our team.
Preisler Construction Ltd. specializes in high-end residential refurbishments and new build projects with contract values ranging from £100,000 to £1,500,000. We’re a well-established company working predominantly in the following geographic areas: Chiswick, Highgate, West Hampstead, Belsize Park, Primrose Hill, Chelsea, Kensington and Knightsbridge.
**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £140.00-£180.00 per day
