Adele Carr Financial Recruitment is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator for the next 12 weeks to support a Warrington based client, in their Customer Service and Accounts team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Order processing
- Data entry, accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Raising/processing invoices from back log of orders
- Liaising with departments
- Chasing amendments on the invoices and approve/process once amendments have been completed
- Basic Microsoft Excel use
- General administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous administration experience
- Accounts experience desirable
- IT literate, especially with Microsoft Excel
- Data entry accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently and a part of a team
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Can manage own workload and work well under pressure

**Vacancy Details**:

- Salary of £21,000 - £23,000
- Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
- Hybrid working
