Fantastic opportunity for a Creative Lead / Creative Director to join a growing AAA Gaming Developer.

**LOCATION: Fully Remote or Worcestershire/ West Midlands**

This employer is situated on the outskirts of Birmingham, just a short distance from multiple supermarkets, coffee houses, food shops and more. A short 10 minute walk to the train station means that you are easily linked via Birmingham or Worcester, and parking is freely available both onsite and roadside.

**Job Role**:
As Creative Lead / Creative Director you will carry the vision and lead a passionate team of developers.

**Duties**:

- With target audience and existing data in mind, and together with Product Management, Marketing, Production, and Consumer Insight, you are part of ensuring a game positioning will maximize its impact.
- You enjoy presenting and know how to communicate the game to executive stakeholders, to external partners, and, of course, to the team.
- Although you partner with the game’s Design Director who is responsible for the inner workings of the game, you will help guide those features and systems to ensure they stay within the confounds of the Creative Vision, and delivers excellently against the needs of other disciplines.
- Continuously review and provide feedback, formally and informally, to both features and content owners, and provide both low -and high-level guidance as needed.
- Lead and grow a diverse group of passionate designers.
- Be part of mentoring the team.
- Use your experience, intelligence, and communication skill to help designers leverage their strengths and potential.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
To be considered for this Creative Lead / Creative Director role you must meet the following criteria:

- Ideally be able to demonstrate understanding of Unreal Engines.
- Previous employment as a Creative Lead, Art Lead or Design Lead or Similar.
- Previous work on a AAA or mobile game.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
