We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic **Care Administrator** in **Halton**

You will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the smooth running of the franchise office. The Care Administrator is expected to answer the phones, complete administrative duties, handle service enquiries and support other staff members with clerical tasks.

**Your responsibilities will involve**:

- Handle office responsibilities to allow consistent full time networking effort.
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Assist with administrative aspects of the recruiting process of new Care Specialists.
- Assist with new client inquiries and schedule care consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of new and existing Care Specialists.
- Provide general administrative duties as required to support the business.
- Be able to provide support to Care Coordinator as required.
- Participate in quarterly Care Specialist meetings.

Salary is dependent on experience and achieving growth projections.

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
