Our UK-wide building team has built a reputation for delivering high quality projects in Commercial and Mixed-used developments, Healthcare, Custodial, Education and Defence Sectors.

Due to continued success, we are looking for a Site Administrator to oversee the day-to-day management and efficient running of the office. This will initially be a home-based role, transferring to site full time when established. You will maintain general upkeep of work areas, ensure the facilities on site are managed effectively and provide effective diary management for meetings and leave. The Site Administrator will also provide IT Co-ordination for the team, order office stationery and consumables, and hospitality as required.

**You will**:

- Set up and maintain the administration processes for the site and project
- Assist with the induction of new starters including IT Accounts & Equipment
- Assist with diary management for project staff
- Liaise with central and head office PA’s and site secretaries as required
- Maintaining the general upkeep of the site office to a high standard
- Lead or assist with both site safety tours and site audits as and when required
- Assist with the production of reports, letters and presentations
- Deal with office ordering and maintenance of IT Equipment, stationary, office consumables & catering where required
- Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate meetings, taking minutes when required
- Ensure confidential information and documents on site are maintained and stored as per requirements of classification
- Assist to make sure that all staff on site have the required PPE
- Making travel and accommodation bookings as required for all those visiting or required to attend site
- Reporting to the PD and providing them with day-to-day support

**We’re looking for**:

- Excellent organisational & time management skills with previous office management experience
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritise and multi-task effectively
- Excellent ability to work to deadlines
- Effective and efficient problem solver
- Good attention to detail
- Proven experience of excellent teamwork skills and also able to work as an individual
