**Manager of Territory Accounts (DACH)**

**Munich/2 Days in Office Per Week**

**Package of€200,000 including uncapped OTE**
Animated Sales Professional to join the Global Leaders in Cyber Security Solutions as they grow the territory sales team in the region.

This role will see you leading a team of Account Managers in the region whilst hunting new business opportunities.

**Some of what you will be doing**:

- Building and leading the region’s Territory Sales team.
- Defining and implementing the product strategy in the territory.
- Hunting new business opportunities.
- Upselling/Cross-selling to pre-existing accounts within the business.
- Mentoring sales professionals within the team.
- Developing sales plans to drive new business.
- Managing an individual and team quota ranging from €750k
- €1 Million.

**Ideally, your skills and experience will include**:

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Management.
- Background in Cyber Security or Network Security.
- Experience in SME or Mid-Market Sales.
- Experience working with revenue of €40 Million+.
- Experience leading a team.
- Fluent German and English.
