A great opportunity for a Showroom Sales Representative to join a Home improvements company in the Manchester area. They have completed projects for a range of domestic and commercial properties, as well as some famous faces. They have also been featured on Channel 4 and LAD Bible. Salary - with OTE up to £50k

Showroom based

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs preferences to enhance customer satisfaction

Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement

Take full responsibility for the development and execution of your KPI’s to deliver and meet your personal growth targets set out

Take full ownership of your diary and clients, negotiating and closing deals with prospective customers

Understand the consumer journey, knowing what leavers to pull to deliver performance

Target driven with the ability to up sell to achieve and exceed targets

Be able to study and understand the product and business to show the company in the best light to potential new clients

**Skills Required**:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth

Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment

Commitment, drive and self motivation

Results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Sales experience with double glazing, orangeries, conservatories and verandas

Resilient and able to work under high pressure

Adaptable to change

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
