Job details
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding calls appropriately
- Arranging Couriers
- Organising meetings
- Screening phone calls
- Dealing with Enquiries
- Completing administrative tasks, filing, delivering and accepting mail
- Ordering Supplies
- Interacting with other departments
- Providing support to other departments
Skills needed for this role:
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Experience and knowledge of working in a busy environment as first point of contact.
- A positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
