Take lead role in all related Personnel Activities

We employ around 200 staff and are looking for an experienced personnel assistant to support management and staff on a day to day basis

Your main duties will include but not limited to,

Maintain employees personnel records.

Maintain accurate annual leave/sickness/disciplinary records for all staff.

Be available to all staff to answer queries regarding pay and holidays.

Be responsible for the placement of recruitment advertising.

Receive phone calls regarding posts advertised and keep records of this process.

Arrange interviews, send for references and arrange DBS appointments.

Complete the DBS check completely and keep accurate records.

Monitor and remind managers of 1,3 and 6 month evaluations for all staff.

Monitor and maintain nursing staff P.I.N numbers.

Ensure that confidentiality of information is maintained both inside and outside the home.

Staff file audits

Hours will be Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm
