**Bodyshop Productive Apprentice**

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to kick start your career working with some of the most prestigious automotive brands within our Lloyd Bodyshop’s based in Colne.

With a premium centre, you will obtain a high-quality education. We believe in investing in our employees and helping them grow both personally and professionally. This apprenticeship combines off-the-job training with on-the-job learning, and you will be supported at every step of the way.

Within the training you will learn all the aspects of the different roles within the Bodyshop including Paint Technician, Panel Technician and MET Technician.

**The Role**:

- Carrying out timely, accurate repairs in accordance with estimates and insurance company requirements thereby maximising labour sales in the Bodyshop.
- Carrying out work to the highest level of quality to minimise rework and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and reporting any further damage not listed on the work instructions.
- Ensuring good standards of housekeeping and timely removal of damaged parts.
- Completing any documentation to the standard defined by the company.
- Assuring adherence to systems and procedures as defined by the Bodyshop Manager and Company policy and procedures.
- Responding positively to the requests of the Bodyshop Manager or Supervisor and working effectively as a member of the Bodyshop Team.
- Adhering to the relevant Manufacturer / Insurer standards and requirements.
- Using all products economically to minimise waste and costs.

**The Training**:
The training will be in conjunction with Blackpool and the Fylde College.
