The post is based within the Housing Inclusion Service, and you will lead and develop a strong partnership across housing, health, social care and community safety, as well as liaise with other statutory and voluntary sector agencies to maximise positive outcomes for this group. You will actively engage with and support commissioned and contract service providers who deliver frontline support services, accommodation and person-led housing solutions for vulnerable customers.

**Standard DBS**: This role requires a Standard DBS. (This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act,1974).
