**Would you like to join a charity that makes a real difference? Our services in Leicestershire provide intensive, therapeutic and specialist support within residential settings. You will be joining our dedicated Leicestershire team, providing the necessary support for Children and Young People. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team on a part time, permanent basis, at 16 hours per week.**

**Location**:
The role would be based at one of our residential locations in Syston, but you may also be required to work from other locations across the locality, as need arises.

As an Administrator, you will provide high quality administrative support within our Leicestershire range of services. It's important that you can work with lots of flexibility in your approach to work, as you will be managing multiple tasks at any one time. You will be competent and self-motivated with fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
- Substantial experience of IT systems including the use of word, Excel and database systems.
- Substantial experience of general office procedures.
- Relevant experience of dealing with external agencies.
- Substantial experience of data inputting, maintaining records and producing statistical reports.
- Substantial experience of telephone/reception duties.
- Experience of Financial Recording keeping.
- Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.95-£12.32 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
