**Job Role: Home Care Administrator (Office based)**

**Pay Rate: £11.00 per hour + ‘On Call’ pay**

**Contract: Permanent (32-40 hours pw)**

We are looking for an experienced **Home Care Administrator **to support with the organisation and administration of our Homecare Service. You will work as part of a small team and should have a working background in the care sector with excellent communication and organisational skills.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Maintain up to date and accurate administration records of staff and clients

Complete internal audits and quality assurance monitoring in line with company requirements

General administrative duties to support effective running of the service, including assistance with management of staff training programme and data processing of payroll as required

Respond to general enquiries/correspondence and ensure effective liaison with clients, staff and other health professionals as needed

Maintain a professional approach and ensure company procedure and protocol is adhered to at all times

Cover out of hours service (On Call) on a rota basis which will include some evenings and occasional weekends.

**On Call Pay Rate**:
**Weekdays (Monday to Thursday 5pm to 9am) - £30.00**

**Weekends (Friday 5pm to Monday 9am) - £205.00**
