**Job title**: Reception and Business Support Administrator
**Working hours**: 25 hours per week over 5 days.
**Location**: SW1P 3HE.
**Contract**: Permanent, Part-time
**Salary**: £23,500 to £24,500 FTE
**Benefits**: 30 days holiday pro rata, L&G pension

We are seeking Reception and Business Support Administrator to join the Business Support team. The purpose of the role is to provide a professional and welcoming reception service to NIESR and its tenants and ensure, through supporting the Office and Premises Manager, that the office is efficiently managed and meets the needs of NIESR.
**Experience**
1. Experience of running a corporate reception service
2. Office administrative experience
3. Experience in prioritising your own workload to effectively meet the needs of an organisation.

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Good knowledge and ability to use MS programmes particularly Word, Excel and
Outlook
3. Maintain a professional, approachable and adaptable demeanour at all times.
4. Active participator and desire to learn more.
