Protective Care Group have an incredible opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our growing head office team in the beautiful Cotswolds. You’ll receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience), genuine career progression, paid annual leave, and have access to an on-site gym.

About the HR Administrator role:
This role will see you supporting our HR Business Partner with the timely and accurate delivery of HR processes and administration throughout our employee’s lifecycles, including:

- Starter, absence, and leaver administration processes.
- Compiling and sending employee documentation like; offer letters, contracts, and variation letters.
- Providing first-line support for inbound HR queries.

What we are looking for in our HR Administrator:

- Administration experience - ideally within a HR environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience of working within GDPR regulations and demonstrating confidentially and discretion.
- Proven experience managing and prioritising multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels within our Group.
- Ability to actively contribute towards improving the way we do things.
