We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for one of our key clients, please see details below:
Details about the role:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00. This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days a week from home. Office based whilst training.
- Salary: £12.41 per hour
- 6 months temporary contract with the possibility of extension

Experience required for the role:

- Previous experience within an administrator position, experience in invoicing would be an advantage

Key skills required:

- Good attention to detail
- Numeracy skills
- Experience using Excel

Responsibilities of the role:

- Liaise with Packaging and Distribution team to help resolve client impacting issues.
- Raising of accurate credit notes and sales invoices as required.
- Supporting team and Team Lead Manager with updating of tracking spreadsheets
- Posting journal entries (training given)
- Contribute and help maintain process document folder
