**About the role**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful New Home Sales Administrator will have the desire to support a market-leading team that are experts at selling customers their dream homes. At Dandara we know those first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.

**What you will do**:

- Key all development details entered into the COINS system ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Typing & distribution of all correspondence to purchasers, lawyers, surveyors and all concerned in the buying & selling process for all Dandara developments.
- Liaise with all contractors involved in purchases - flooring, soft furnishing specialists, technical teams and interior designers
- Work alongside the Property Management Company and Customer Care team on purchaser inspection bookings and completions and assist with any post-sale issues
- Hold meetings with the Sales Director to discuss any potential purchaser problems that may occur.
- Maintain detailed records of all customers including additional marketing information as required and available.
- Maintain details of all sales including selling prices, customer extras orders, contract exchange, legal completion deadlines and any other relevant ad-hoc detail.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports/financial spreadsheets and other ad hoc reports required by the sales team
- Coordinate the distribution of information between the Sales & Marketing departments.
- Assist the Sales Manager with marketing, managing the advertising schedule and liaising with external agencies and publications.
- Liaising with PR agencies helping to create successful PR for current and future sites.
- Regularly liaise with the sales team to ensure they take down full and accurate details when dealing with each customer.

**What you will have**:
**Essential**
- Experience within a housebuilding or construction sales admin environment
- Excellent communication, organisational, and self-motivational skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent rapport-building and team support skills
- Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business
