**Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday**

**AMS Cleaning Services** is a premier provider of professional cleaning solutions for residential and commercial properties. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Appointment Setter to support our sales team by setting appointments and schedules.

We are seeking a motivated and organised **Sales Appointment Setter **to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar.
- Confirm appointments and communicate any changes to clients and sales representatives.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise appointment schedules.
- Record and report appointment details accurately.

**Qualifications **_**preferred**:_
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

**Required**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- UK driving license.

**Work Schedule**:

- Part-time position: 20 hours per week.
- Monday to Thursday, flexible hours within the 9 AM to 5 PM range.
