**Job Purpose**

To be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues contacting the team, you will need strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. Your main roles and responsibilities will be supporting the Health and Safety Officer with various administration duties.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Calendar management and attending meetings to note take.
- Assist to edit and maintain group H&S documents.
- To assist with the development of the company H&S management system.
- To ensure that appropriate risk assessments are in date and completed.
- Arrange H&S meetings and provide minutes and necessary actions.
- Collate data and assist with monthly reports on health & safety performance.
- To arrange any external safety inspections as required.

You are expected to be aware of and adhere to all policies and procedures for The Outdoors School/Group.

**Statutory/Regulatory responsibilities**

This post requires a DBS check.

**Staff Management Responsibilities**
