**About us**

Nuts4wheels limited is an established and growing company based here in Crediton.

As one of the UK's largest stockists, we specialise in car alloy wheels and related accessories.

We are continually growing and we offer many opportunities to dig into a new project or product launch.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/eBay administrator to join our team.

Depending on skill set and experience, the advertised salary is negotiable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process orders for trade and retail customers.
- Assist with uploading new products to eBay and Web platforms.
- Assist with maintaining our product database, working alongside our in house photographer and graphic designer.
- Identify opportunities for improvement of our listings, website and order processing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Assist with processing orders over the phone and in person during busy periods.
- Assist with general office duties.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Relevant Qualifications (GCSE or Equivalent in Maths and English as a minimum)
- Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers.
- Good IT Skills - Microsoft Excel, CSV Files, Word, Outlook.
- Be able to retain product information.
- Be able to input data with a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Responsible, Honest, Conscientious.
- Be able to work as part of a small friendly team, helping out and covering others when necessary.
- Be able to set and follow company procedures.
- A great work ethic, with a positive “can-do” attitude.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience with stock upload via CSV files.
- Experience with eBay listing and sales.
- Experience with stock management.
- Experience within the car parts or tuning industry.
- An interest in car modification/tuning.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
