**Job description**
BSNI are currently recruiting for a Payroll / Purchase Ledger clerk for our manufacturing client based in Lisburn.

**Hours and Rate of pay**:
- 25k per annum
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm
**Job Duties**:
- Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
- Process business expense returns
- Cashbook and petty cash cheques
- Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques.
- Operating sage and Navision.
- Experience operating SAGE software.
- Bookkeeping experience
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Self discipline
- Good team working skills
- The ability to work to monthly deadlines
- An aptitude for IT - knowledge of software packages like Excel, Sage and BACS
