Sales Ledger Administrator

PRM Group are recognised as one of Ireland’s leading chilled & frozen food sales and distribution companies working with market leading brands such as Alpro, Muller, Onken, Total and NOMADIC.
The business currently supplies over 4000 customer outlets in Ireland across retail, wholesale and food service sectors.
Founded in 1988 and based in Lisburn, Co. Antrim the company now employs nearly 200 people.

PRM Group wishes to recruit a highly motivated individual who wishes to enhance their professional development within an established local business. Responsibilities will include processing delivery dockets to invoice, resolution of queries with customers, processing of credits and sending invoices electronically to customers. Ensure that all purchase invoices are registered and coded onto PRM’s Purchase Ledger System, reconciling supplier statements and addressing queries to ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
**Successful applicants must have;**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
- Previous experience of dealing with customers by telephone
- Planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
**Desirable Criteria;**
- Work experience within the Irish food industry and food retailing sector
- 1-2 years experience in an accounts role
