**Work pattern**:Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days can be WFH

**Who are we looking for?**

We are currently looking for a **Social Media and Content Executive** to join our creative **ONCAMPUS Marketing team **on a **full-time, fixed-term contract (12 months, maternity cover).**

With experience in the creation of social content, scheduling and reporting social analytics, the post holder will work with the marketing manager to develop and implement an innovative social media strategy that drives engagement, awareness, and follower growth.

**Key responsibilities within this role include**:

- Develop and implement an innovative social media strategy that drives enhancements on engagement, awareness, and follower audience
- Manage and execute a social media plan across brand, channels and regions
- Responsible for the execution of content that goes out on social media and managing the activity across all accounts and platforms
- Liaise with the team and our university partners to collate a monthly social calendar
- Regular visits to university centres to build up content
- SEO research to discover trends and topics being sought from our audience
- Writing web copy with SEO in mind
- Blog posts that enhance user experience and enhance SERP’s

**Key background, experience and skills expected**:

- Degree-level education in marketing / business / English or comparable working experience
- Exceptional copywriting skills and understanding of brand and tone of voice
- A passion for social media with a thorough understanding on the best tactics for optimised engagement
- Experienced in the creation of social content, scheduling and reporting social analytics.
- Experience conceptualising and implementing a content plan.
- Creative writing and editing skills
- Experienced at creating multi-channel digital content for the web and beyond
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and knows how to create it
