Content Manager / 2 month contract / AI, B2B, SaaS


YunoJuno's AI client are looking for a creative Content Manager to become the owner and guardian of the content output, creating a unique and distinct voice in the crowded world of AI.


You'll drive the continuous improvement and evolution of the content ranging from thought leadership blogs through to market reports, social and performance/web copy. You’ll bring complex, technical topics to life through skilled storytelling that leans on the skills, knowledge and experience of our team and the strength of our technology.


With a strong creative flair, you’ll drive the content across our channels, from website copy, blogs and press releases through to video scripts, campaign and social copy.


Additionally, you’ll collaborate on and manage influencer & media pitches to boost brand engagement, coordinate partner announcements, and build leadership profiles for executives, securing them speaking opportunities at industry events. You'll also have a strong creative flair that you apply to our social communications that aligns with our ToV, yet achieves cut through in all the AI noise.



What you’ll be doing

• Oversee the execution of a multi-threaded content strategy to meet business objectives.

• Conduct story mining by interviewing SMEs and thought leaders to develop in-depth thought leadership content.

• Perform research and analyse data to understand our technology and target audience for content creation.

• Manage the production and scheduling of our social content and reacting to brand mentions and discussion online in our space

• Create and pitch compelling stories to influencers & media to secure exposure of our tech & narratives.

• Plan and execute joint announcements with partners, ensuring alignment and consistency.

• Develop public profiles of our leaders and secure speaking opportunities at industry events.

• Lead the production of blogs and whitepapers, collaborating with the wider team as needed.

• Identify content gaps with key stakeholders to establish a distinct voice in the speech technology space.

• Create ad and campaign copy, supporting the demand generation team.



Who we’re looking for

• Content experience, ideally within B2B SaaS: Experience in creating and managing content for scaling B2B SaaS companies. For AI companies would be a significant bonus

• A proven storyteller that is always looking for innovative ways to build narratives

• Skilled in building and maintaining influencer relationships to enhance brand reach

• Proven ability to pitch compelling stories to secure influencer engagement, podcast appearances and media coverage

• Experience in planning and executing joint partner announcements, working collaboratively with our partner's marketing teams

• A track record of taking a central theme or narrative around a feature, product or brand, and adapting this to suit various mediums, platforms, content styles and lengths.

Location: Cambridge once a week ideally, but would consider the London office too.
