Supreme Guarding Services are now looking for Welfare Officers that can demonstrate a high level

of customer service and be able to work in a complex environment for residing service users.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule: 12hr shift, days/nights, some weekends on a rotation basis

Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off

Full training will be provided so no experience is necessary.

The position requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service and

communication skills, able to problem solve effectively, all of which are essential and key to this role.

**Job Description**:

- Good communication skills including written & spoken.
- Maintain confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive personal information

regardingservice user’s details.
- To understand the needs and requirements of the client and carry out the duties effectively.
- Record any incidents related to the service users to the line manager.
- Ensuring food is served during specified mealtimes for the service users.
- Maintain an accurate log of food intake for service users.
- Responding to service user concerns and reporting to the line manager.
- Report any immediate maintenance issues to the line manager.
- Actively engage with service users to ensure they are in a safe living environment.

**Requirements**:

- Checkable 5-year work history
- Able to provide Right to work documents e.g. passport, Visa etc
- Have a knowledge of the local area.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 48 per week
