As a Production Shift TeamLeader you will play a pivotal role in building a positive culture / environment in a cross department function where you can showcase your flair for people management, people development, time management, continuous improvement and change management

The Production Shift Team Leader will ensure that Leadership and coordination of day to day Production activities in line with the needs of the business. Ensuring all Safety, Quality and Operational processes and procedures are adhered to drive operationalexcellence. Continually develop the Production team and processes to manufacture goods Right-First-Time & "OTIF" to meet customer expectations. **Here's a short breakdown of the key focus areas in this role**
- Support the Production Manager in the day to day production operations, ensuring production plans are adhered to, whilst utilising the available labour effectively and efficiently utilizing the ERP system
- Support the Production Manager with production process issues, resolutions and implementation of corrective actions
- Work closely with the Quality department to support and continually improve the quality systems, including customer complaint investigations, root cause and corrective actions.
- Lead by example in Safety, Quality, Operational and WCM activities, ensuring all procedures are adhered to

Although we do require someone with proven experience in an industrial environment, and experience within a plastics production/manufacturing environment a positive attitude and a commitment to your learning and development are most important.
