Purpose:
As a Transport Team Leader, your purpose is to oversee and facilitate the transportation department's operations, ensuring timeliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while proactively addressing any issues that may arise. Your role is pivotal in upholding the quality and reliability of our transport services.

Location: Corby.
Hours of work: 16:00 - 04:00

**Salary**: Up to £33,000.00.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitoring departures board on TMS to ensure trips leave on time and are ETA'd when delays are incurred.

Monitoring factory collections so that they are on time in full and fully communicated with the customer.

Liaising with fleet department and ensuring defects are raised and outstanding followed up through the night.

Communicating inbound arrival times and supporting trailer availability known throughout the loading process.

Completing handovers reports to the next shift of key points and outstanding issues.

Escalating serious issues to Transport supervisor / management staff.
