Resource Administrator - 12 month maternity contract

Our client in Scunthorpe is looking for a Resource Administrator to join the team on a 12 month basis. You must be immediately available to commence the role and be able to fulfil the entirety of the contract.
THE ROLE:
Data entry and analysis.
Creation of staff fatigue index scores based on an established criteria and providing this information to the Plant Resource team for analysis and review.
Maintain/monitor real-time dashboards to be able to demonstrate management of fatigue compliance per relevant business department and Plant as a whole.
Compile monthly reports to enable the Resource Manager, Line Managers, Business Managers and Plant Director to monitor fatigue data, events and compliance.
Support Resource Coordinators in documenting and verifying roster changes.
THE CANDIDATE:
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication, literacy and interpersonal skills
Experience of producing work for a team of people juggling competing priorities
Flexible/proactive - can do attitude who shows initiative to support others
