PrescriptionDoctor, based in Bolton, is on the hunt for a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to take charge of our day-to-day social media activities. This role is perfect for someone who can dedicate three days a week to working from our office in Bolton.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence, managing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Your mission will be to engage with our audience through compelling content that reflects our brand's identity, focusing on the healthcare and online prescription services we provide.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and implementing social media strategies in collaboration with our team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Planning and scheduling posts in advance to maintain a steady flow of content and to ensure deadlines are met seamlessly.
- Crafting engaging captions that resonate with our brand's voice, ensuring all details and tags are included for maximum reach.
- Posting across major social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and potentially expanding to platforms like YouTube, Twitter, and Discord based on business needs.
- Generating fresh content ideas and working closely with our video editors to bring these concepts to life.
- Overseeing content production, from initial brainstorming to post-publication, ensuring all content aligns with our brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Engaging in community management by responding to comments, interacting with our audience, and fostering a positive community environment.
- Achieving specific targets and deadlines, and using analytics to report on channel performance, creating documents and presentations to showcase results and inform future strategies.
- Occasionally supporting social media filming on location, which may require travel and overnight stays.

What we're looking for:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within the healthcare or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing social media platforms for a significant brand or organisation.
- A deep understanding of content optimisation across various social media platforms.
- Familiarity with third-party workflow management and scheduling software.
- Proficiency in analysing social media analytics and leveraging insights to enhance channel performance.
- Experience in community management, demonstrating successful engagement strategies.

While not mandatory, experience with Hootsuite, and a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro would be beneficial.

**Salary**: Competitive, commensurate with experience.

Working Hours: Flexible, based on a 3-day workweek.

Work Location: This is an office-based role in Bolton.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
