Job Summary:
Working across thebestofbury, thebestofbolton, thebestofblackburn alongside our Senior Customer Service Manager the role involves working across the main social media platforms, including, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to help promote and share content for our members.
Excellent attention to detail is essential as you are required to check and upload blogs for our members and then post this content out on all social media platforms.
Uploading new local events and member offers will also require excellent creative writing.The role also includes uploading new customers details and adding reviews to a members feature page, so accuracy is very important.
In addition to this, the role will consist of creating unique content for our members feature pages, highlighting their USP's and include eye-catching images.
Updating our CRM system and website, adding images, reviews, video, and logos will also be required, training will be provided where needed.
