**Context**
We’re looking for a highly motivated Office Administrator to compliment our fantastic team in Manchester. Skills and experience are required and the applicant should be IT literate (MS Office, MS Outlook & MS Teams). They should also have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as be resilient, positive, organised and importantly a team player.

Children’s learning and development should be fun and motivating and should be built around their interests. The offer to the child should be inspirational and re-ignite their aspirations and learning.
The child is the curriculum and should be placed at the heart of any programme you are asking them to engage in.
**Key Areas of Responsibilities**
- Administration to attendance
- Stationary ordering/office supplies/resources
- Undertaking Meeting minutes
- Making of arrangements/bookings for staff meetings
- Monitoring costs and analysis for facilities.
- Preparation for Staff Inset and Training Days
- Venue hire arrangements for Inset and Staff Training events
- Recruitment support
- NCFE/Skills Forward administration
- Administration support for company operations ie Minibus servicing, insurance renewal
- Debt chasing/Sales statements
- Liaising with Accountants regarding re-administration duties
- Billing - help raise invoices monthly and termly
- Service Level Agreement Admin
- Assist/run monthly mileage/expenses and reconcile with the Xero system
- Weekly PWA allowances support and reconcile
- Monitor sessional changes from attendance for Part Time Sessional staff for payroll
- Spaces/Regus - office charges
- Summer Programme budget/track costs
**Experience and Qualifications**
- The job requires general administrative experience, good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office/Outlook/Teams/Excel
- At least 2 years of previous experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and use own initiative when required
- Minimum of GCSE grade D or equivalent in Maths and English
