This role will ensure that the recruitment channels and recruitment activity will deliver the current and future needs ofthe Company. Hands on management in identifying, creating and establishing the Recruitment plan and reporting activity, progress and plansto stakeholders.

**Location**: The role at the Head Office in St Albans, located in the City Centre a short walk from the mainline train station. Parking is available on site.
Please note that whilst the role is based in St Albans, attendance in the office is 2 days per week and 3 days at home.Please note that initial training may require a higher ratio of days in the office.
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 37.5 hrs p/w Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
**Salary**: up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience, plus 15% potential bonus

**Benefits**: 27 days holiday increasing to 30 with service, pension and life cover.
