Care Worker

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Worker to join our team in providing dedicated care to individuals in their homes or residential care settings.
**Duties**:
- Communicate effectively with individuals under your care, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Drive to and from clients' homes or care facilities
- Develop and implement personalised care plans based on individual needs
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Support individuals with mobility issues and administer medication as required
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individual's condition
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is advantageous
- Proficient in English language, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards those in need of care
