Our client is a creative organisation that is looking for a People & Culture Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Managing Director It is an exciting and challenging opportunity for the right individual who can demonstrate an understanding of theinsight and vision required to support the senior management team as they lead the business into a new era. This role will be considered as either full time or part time. Responsibilities will include:

- Consult with the senior team to create new policies which support the emerging direction of travel
- Support the implementation of new business rituals that support culture and growth, such as the Community Framework, Mentoring and monthly 1:1s. (Initially, these will run alongside existing rituals, such as annual appraisals
- Identifying and supporting upskilling requirements and training across the business in line with the business plan
- Bring ideas to ensure that staff feel valued and supported
- Help promote and celebrate 'plus' groups including, LGBTQ+, Women in Property, Black History Month, etc
- Support a culture which supports staff retention and new talent acquisition
- Creation and development of policies to support diversity and inclusion eg, maternity, parental leave, disability, menopause etc
- Manage the Company employment policies, Health and Safety, Company accreditation's, Insurances, company communication
- Provide consultation, advice and coaching to the leadership team, across a broad range of HR matters, including conflict resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement and bring strong commercial business understanding in identifying and implementing process improvements

You will require the following experience:

- You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 or 7
- A strong background in generalist HR policy and practice
- Motivated and professional approach - must be able to build and manage strong relationships internally, respect confidentiality and build trust effectively
- Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, client focused work environment
- Able to work on own initiative and strong atdtention to detail
- Full, clean driving licence

Salary £45-55k (dependent on experience) and a good benefits package, flexibility and an exciting opportunity.
